Where We Blog - Home Office / Favorite Cozy Spot
I really love this "Where We Blog" series! Not only is it fun to get a peek into where you blog, but it has introduced me to some wonderful NEW people and blogs to follow. Please send me your photo if you have not done so already! Today we get to peek into the home of Beatriz of That Girl in Pearls. She has a striking room with a deep, rich wall color
- a handsome wooden mirror (I will add this to my mirror collection)

Bright Ideas: Using Mirrors
My obsession with large mirrors continues... Placing a mirror in your closet is a bright idea for many reasons. First, it creates the illusion of a larger space. Second, why not be able to see your outfit in the same place where you try it on! Oh... and there is even an adorable blue crystal chandelier in the closet as a finishing touch!

Bright Ideas: Using Mirrors
There are many different ways to display mirrors. They don't always need to be hung on the wall. We have this large mirror in our bedroom on the floor. It provides another dimension to the corner of the room as well as
reflected light from the windows.
The butterfly pillow is made from my original watercolor painting.

Bright Ideas: Using Mirrors
Do you have a small space? Using mirrors will create an illusion of a larger area.
An oversized mirror will add depth to the room.
While it is traditional to place a mirror over the mantle, you might try setting an oversized mirror on the floor. I love this look!
This multi-panel design from Pottery Barn is fabulous and functional!
